Initial situation

This food processing plant making beef jerky located in Virgina State was experiencing seal issues on their CIP hot water feed pump . Because of these seal issues they were having unexpected shutdowns. They contacted M Pumps Corp. and asked if we were able to improve their performance , they were not initially very convinced on the use of our pumps, as they pointed out that mag drive pumps have more power consumption.

We explained them the advantages of magnetic drive over sealed pumps and also, and most important, the real savings that our patented Hybrid Technology rear casing brings to power saving.
We delivered a two , one operating other stand by, CN MAG M ANSI 3x2x10 with a 75 Hp motor at 3500 rpm on June 2015
Since then pumps are operating satisfactorily without any intervention.
